Getting started

• Install and open BugHunter.
• Create an account or sign in using the available method in the app.
• Follow the in-app instructions to submit a suspicious social media account for checking.
• Review the available credibility indicators before making a decision.

Submitting a report

• Enter the social media username or profile link as accurately as possible.
• Add a clear reason for the report, such as impersonation, suspicious activity, or misleading behavior.
• Attach screenshots or media only when they are relevant and you have the right to submit them.
• Do not submit private, sensitive, or unrelated personal information.

Troubleshooting

• Search is slow: check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, then try again.
• Login problem: confirm the email or sign-in method, then retry after a few minutes.
• Report not updating: refresh the page or reopen the app to sync the latest status.
• App crashes: update to the latest version and restart your device.
